It was intended for audiences using mobile devices to access essential information on the Doane College website.\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"project-text project-startxt\">\n          As part of this project, there was a large amount of planning, collaboration and documentation. This included collaborating with the college Information Technology department and Marketing department to make sure that the project aligned with the organization&#8217;s values and needs. A comprehensive plan was put together detailing all the work required.\n        <\/p>\n<p class=\"project-text project-startxt\">\nThis website used JavaScript to detect what device the user was browsing the website from (iPhone, BlackBerry, webOS, Android, etc.). Once it detected the platform, it would apply the corresponding CSS style sheet. The website was tested on each of the platforms using simulators that would run on a computer. The site was modified to get each platform to view correctly.
